The most popular options are Achill to Westport and Achill to Newport, with our shuttle service. You can choose to park in Newport if you only want to cycle the Achill Mulranny Newport section. Other scenic route options are Westport to Croagh Patrick cycle path (20km round trip) or Westport to Newport and back (22km round trip) or another suggested route on quiet country roads is Westport to Rosmoney sailing club and Kilmeena, or you can choose your own custom route, we are happy to offer suggestions for you and point out local scenic spots and places of interest, just get in contact by phone, text or email to discuss your requirements.
You can choose to cycle the entire 42km route or part of it.
Westport Meeting Point
The Westport town centre meeting point is at the Smarter Travel Bike Stand, beside the Westport Leisure Park on James Street.
